Since Loose Leaf tea is not contained in a tea bag, consider a steeping vessel such as a tea infuser ball (not included). 
- Boil water in a kettle or pot.
 - While waiting for the water to boil, measure out the desired amount of tea leaves (usually 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces of water).
 - Place the tea leaves in a strainer or infuser and put it in a teapot or mug.
 - Once the water has boiled, let it cool for a few seconds to bring the temperature down to around 195-205°F.
 - Pour the hot water over the tea leaves and let it steep for 2-4 minutes.
 - Remove the strainer or infuser with the tea leaves.
 - Add any desired sweeteners or milk, if desired.
