Mary Lazarus and Lucy Pellizzer, united by a passion for language, travel, and design, co-founded Vestiges. Inspired by charming souvenir towels from Europe, they set out to reintroduce this tradition in the U.S.

Vestiges has created over 140 unique, hand-illustrated towels, showcasing states, cities, national parks, and regions. In collaboration with the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, these exclusive designs are not just towels but affordable, useful, and artistic pieces for any kitchen.

Vestiges, preserving the tradition of souvenir tea towels, strives to be the last small traces of something that once existed—a nod to the cherished history and artistry of this timeless tradition.
