Dr. Nicholas Vardaxis is a Renaissance man. He has professional interests in microbiology, pathology, and immunology, and has spent his working life in Australia teaching, researching, and consulting. Since his retirement, Vardaxis has turned his focus to the humanities and works as an artist and photographer. He also writes and publishes fiction and poetry, and composes classical music.
Donations from the sale of this puzzle will go to Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières). MSF assists populations in distress due to natural or man-made disasters or armed conflict. They do so irrespective of gender, race, religion, creed, or political convictions.
