In 2006, inspired by the NY Times' no-knead bread recipe, we embarked on a journey of experimentation, refining the method for our Breadtopia community. Our adaptations, including a no-knead sourdough, make baking perfect, nutritious, and delicious artisan bread at home remarkably easy.
