Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over a Certain $ Amount
- Free Shipping is only available for the Continental USA
- Items will indicate in their description whether or not they qualify for free shipping promotions.
- Any other applicable cart discounts will be applied first. Only qualifying items will accrue toward totals needed for free shipping.
- Valid on in-stock items only.
- Valid only for standard delivery charges. Choosing a faster delivery time or different carrier might result in extra cost added.

- Economy/Standard Shipping delivery times vary from 3-7 days.
- We offer Route insurance (small fee) on every package to the customer in case of damage or delivery issues.
- Claims of non-delivery of a package must be submitted within a specific claim window.
- Packages presumed to be lost by the carrier (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed no sooner than 7 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments.
- Non-defective items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for refund by the customer in new, unopened condition if customer pays return shipping. We will refund the items minus any shipping cost we have incurred.
- If the return is the result of our error we will cover the costs of return shipping and/or replacement, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the damaged items. Please take photos of damage, especially packaging damages caused by carrier
- Should the customer refuse a shipment, once the item(s) are returned to us we will issue a refund. If the customer refuses a shipment that shipped free, we will refund the items minus any shipping cost we have incurred.
- Not valid on previous purchases, sales of gift cards, product exchanges, or duties and taxes.
- Surcharges may apply due to size, weight, or special handling required.
- Multiple-address orders must individually meet minimum purchase requirements for each address to qualify for Free Standard Shipping.

Why didn't I get Free Shipping? Possible Reasons Include:
- Your cart contains items that can't ship completely free, such as oversized, heavy, glass or fragile products, or items that require special handling considerations (like cold packs or double packaging). Shipping temperature-sensitive candy over large distances, or in the summer, heavy glass jars, and large wall art are common types of products that will incur a shipping surcharge.
- You have discounts or a coupon that reduced your cart total to below the Free Ship amount. Adding another item usually solves this problem.
- You have selected an expedited shipping method (such as 2 day or overnight) Make sure the Free choice is selected.
