How does it work?
Pour 1/3 cup of cold water into base of crock. Pack one stick of softened butter firmly into the bell-shaped lid, then replace lid into the bottom of crock. The water creates a seal which prevents the butter from going stale. Replace the water every few days and your butter should stay spreadable and fresh for 2-3 weeks!
