This bold, tangy and smoky grill sauce will impress anyone. Using aged balsamic vinegar with our estate grown pomegranate juice is a powerful flavor combination; however, we wanted to make a sauce that can be used in everyday cooking or grilling. By adding dark brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and some organic spices, we developed a grilling sauce that is easy to transform plain meats or vegetables into an elegant dining experience. Wonderful on pork, chicken, lamb, burgers, grilled asparagus or roast with vegetables too.
Tip: Base meats or vegetables near the end of cooking or grilling to add a punch of flavor, or simply whisk with olive oil to make a salad dressing or a dipping sauce for bread!
