This is a really flavorful tomato-based salsa, made with fresh jalapenos that have been seeded and deveined so the heat level is just right – not too intense, but not too wimpy either! We round out the flavor with fresh onion, garlic, vinegar, sugar and spices. And the presentation’s half the fun: our long-neck 14-ounce jars are dressed for anything, with a spiffy little bandana and sombrero! Makes a great gift, too!
