This bold, tangy and smoky grill sauce will impress anyone. Using aged balsamic vinegar with our estate grown pomegranate juice is a powerful flavor combination; however, we wanted to make a sauce that can be used in everyday cooking or grilling. By adding dark brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and some organic spices, we developed a grilling sauce that is easy to transform plain meats or vegetables into an elegant dining experience. Wonderful on pork, chicken, lamb, burgers, grilled asparagus or roast with vegetables too.
Base meats or vegetables near the end of cooking or grilling to add a punch of flavor, or simply whisk with olive oil to make a salad dressing or a dipping sauce for bread.
