Here a couple recipes that are customer favorites using some delicious jams available in the store or on-line. 


Red Bell Pepper & Ancho Chili Jam

Sweet California red bell peppers are slowly simmered with smoky ancho chili to create this bold, yet mild burst of flavor. The perfect pairing with cream cheese, Brie, horseradish cheddar, goat cheese and more. Top burgers, meat loaf, chicken, lamb and salmon. Great with eggs. Delicious and versatile.

Recipe suggestion:

Classic Cream Cheese with Red Pepper Jam

Suggestion:

Pour Red Bell Pepper Ancho Chili Jam over a block of cream cheese and serve with crackers. This is always a party favorite, and Oh So Easy!

Ancho Red Pepper Jam

Apricot Chili Jam

California grown apricots and premium dried Mexican chili peppers, create a jam that is sweet with a kick of heat. Versatile and delicious, use to glaze chicken, pork or lamb. Create wonderful pan sauces when mixed with meat drippings. Top goat cheese, warmed Brie or cream cheese and serve with crackers or bread. Serve with home made biscuits and butter. Whip into cooked sweet potatoes with butter and a pinch of salt.

Recipe suggestion:

White Cheddar, Salami & Crackers with Apricot Chili Jam

Ingredients:
Apricot Chili Jam, Salami (sliced thin), Cabot Vintage White Cheddar (sliced), Flat bread or water crackers

Layer salami, cheddar and Apricot Chili Jam on crackers and serve.
