Boudreaux Cajun General Store

About the Company

In 1999, Larry Boudreaux penned and published his inaugural joke book, "Dat Boudeaux Ain't Me It's Ma Cousin." Over the ensuing years, he authored two more books, solidifying his literary legacy.

Following the loss of his wife in 2006, Larry embarked on a culinary venture, creating Cousin Boudreaux's Food and Dip Mixes. Recognizing that Cajuns not only relished his humor but also his culinary creations, he introduced these products at art and craft shows across Louisiana.

To meet the demand beyond local events, Larry expanded sales online, allowing customers nationwide to enjoy Cousin Boudreaux's products year-round. The popularity soared as customers sent these delightful creations to family members across the country. Larry's marriage to Caroline in 2007, a fantastic Cajun cook, inspired a new venture. Converting Caroline's beloved, imprecise Cajun recipes into her first cookbook, "Caroline Boudreaux's Cajun Comfort Food," proved to be a substantial undertaking. Currently, she has completed her third cookbook, continuing the flavorful journey.
